RoadTrip Journal is a helpful website to check out for any traveler – whether RVing or being a road warrior via car travel. They post articles and blog posts about the different places you can stop and visit along your travels.
Some of my prior blog posts, while we were RVing, are on their site. But since we’ve settled down in Colorado and have been focusing on building up Harmony, my blog posts have been short posts about local hikes.
For the month of April, we’re being “spotlighted” on their RTJ’s site. Read the Spotlight on Us. The hardest thing about being interviewed for this article was now they’ve stirred up all of my desires to travel again. Oh, boy. We were already getting itchy to take some road trips, but when someone makes me reminisce about where we’ve gone (& wanted to go!) it makes that itch so much more intense!
So, Andy has already checked out a 10-hour driving radius from Denver, and we’re starting to dream. Biking in Moab, going back to the Tetons, hitting southeast Idaho, South Dakota, and more. If anyone has recommendations for great weekend trips for us, I’m all ears!
Sometimes I have to keep reminding myself to Live Life, because I have the tendency to get caught up with work. With that, I say my thanks to RTJ for being one more reminder to have balance in my life. My balance needs to be work, fitness, yoga, and travel. I’ve gone out of balance and it has affected my life as of late. I hope each of you has a good balance in your life.
What’s your next adventure?
