A Tour of Rocky Top Campground

I have been very bad about not posting these last two weeks.  But honestly, we've just been too busy.  Between working our hours for the campground, trying to build our online business, Andy trading, driving around and learning about the area, and then just trying to maintain our exercise routine, there just wasn't any time left over.

So, first off, let me give you a tour of our new home....

Here's our campsite (we're in the middle), which we like a lot.

We have a tall and fat pine (like a Christmas tree) that is right next to our patio which offers us privacy and entertainment, since many birds use it.  We'll also have shade from that huge Maple tree behind us.

This is our view of the camping area behind & below us.  It's a hilly park, so we sit above this section and it opens up our view sitting higher.  The sites immediately below us are used for overflow only.

The campground offers tenting on five tent decks.  There's not much flat land up on the hill, so these platforms were built to accommodate tenters.  I used this tent deck to do my yoga the other day.  Wow!  Talk about serenity!

I took these pictures last week, and I can't even tell you how much the leaves have filled in since we've gotten here.

There are also two apartments in the park and four cabins (2 small/2 large).  So if you come visit us, you might want to consider renting one of these large cabins:
