Spring and Snow

Aaaah, the first day of Spring.  I can’t tell you how long I’ve waited for this day. 

So what’s with all this snow on the ground??  The nice thing about March has been the warm days sprinkled in between the snow days.  I was afraid it was going to be a false-spring.  It’s hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that it can be high-50’s and 60’s for several days, sunny and glorious, and then still have over half a foot of snow dumped on you the next day.

But there are definite signs of spring – the baseball and soccer teams are back on the fields…the BMX riders are out on the course…the grass is turning green…and we’ve found some buds on the trees.  I’m so excited!
